There are so many great dressing options for this shrimp salad but one of my favorites is a spin on the classic balsamic vinaigrette with a smoky and citrusy profile that goes perfectly with shrimp.

To make the dressing, you simply measure, pour, and combine the following ingredients:

  • 1 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin

Mix and match the dressings to change up the flavor of this salad every time that you make it!

Eating a salad is a delicious meal but don’t forget that you can pair up other easy recipes to enjoy right along with it.
